Shhh Couture Latex also does other cosplay latex items as well.
or you could just all do it with makeup as this model did.
now i always wondered if there was a material / paint that could be applied to the body and made to look as you want then come off and totally rewearable. before you say liquid latex - thats a no go. tried. of course you still need a highly skilled artist to do it all as well
