the question of gifts, money, sponsorship and...

its been on my mind for awhile now and i'm still juggling it all around in my mind. yes i've revieved a couple of things but saying that it was what was offered and i didn't go out asking for it.

so there's tha and maybe even a voluntary subscription? bu then i guess i'd feel more obligated to pose in latex even though i'm no model.

well comment away.....

As far as I can tell, Blogger doesn't have a problem with adding a 'donate' button. Look here: https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_donate-intro-outside

i think a lot of us readers would happily donate, especially for more of your own story, progression etc.. and if you want to pose we won't stop you :-)

I think people will like to see you wearing your itens. Of course, you can hide yourself with a mask or something like.

I think it is completely weird to send strangers gifts... internet ones that is.

If someone mounts a wed site and provides content it is work, but it is a labor of love as well and they should not expect others to support it, unless they approach their content as a biz. This is pretty common on the web, and we see a bunch of mom and pop scale entrepreneurs doing pay for view sites.. fetish models and so on.

I don't know that the content has enough value. .. when you consider what you get in terms of contact in a magazine. But if it is a niche... people might be willing to support it... and they are.

I read about doms who have tribute lists and expect people to buy it for them and then they wear it on a vid or pic. Weird stuff from my sense of ethics, but there is a quid pro quo and if it makes sense to you.. do it.

My suggestion would be to start with a donate option through paypal or something similar, it is quick and easy both to set up and for people to use when they get the urge.

If you did something so readers could see how the money was supporting your efforts and/or the blog, it doesn't need to be pictures at all (but no complaints if it was), just a mention that a new purchase was thanks to donations would be enough, I think, to get you some takers.

I agree with corset_kate, I'd donate a few dollar just for all the interesting reading and links you've provided over the months since I started reading and more information about the personal side of it would just sweeten the deal.
