i started to explore this site due to SillyBilly's comment about my post spacey russian music video where i wondered very much aloud 'where does all the latex come from in Russia'? evidently one answer is RuBear.
in it's considerably varied pages of latex wear was an interesting collection of doll / mannequin hoods. actually i didn't find it immediately - but spotted them in the background in this image of their showroom which features their rubber alien suit which is a great spin on heavy rubberist interests and anything remotely similar has only really been seen within the confines of Second Life.
i wonder if they have done any videos using those suits? can you imagine a swarm of those red latex being showing up in the middle of the night to take you back to their world to be made into their latex plaything?
after a lot of clicking using google translate for an approximation of english I did find the masks and they do look more mannequin and doll like than some masks i have seen. with a better paint job or at least way less severe they would be perfect (assuming they fit of course). no idea how you would order them from the US or from EU tho. i don't see a paypal sign.
it wasn't till i had an email from Sweatylatex (thanks!!!) pointing out an update to RuBear's site that i was able to get a much better look.
actually there's a whole gallery of photos of here. be sure to click on the images as they are displayed in very large resolution.
they do look to have a fair bit of potential and aren't too expensive.
so how does one order one and can the make-up be customised more or even bought 'blank'?
