I really love this, the idea of totally transforming a woman by plastic surgery is very erotic. I love submissives who want plastic surgery to look better, as they age to look younger, lip jobs, boob jobs, etc. Being able to change a woman so significantly that she isn't recognizable (all for the better!) is pretty hot.
