not exactly sure...
i saved the link awhile back to this japanese duo kame and not sure why... the image is doll-ish in a cartoon way but thats all i can tell.
anyone explain?

And in the meantime, here's my humble, mis-educated best guess.
It's a Japanese Teletubbies Parody, with "Giant Boobs" (tm). Relatively speaking, of course.
I think the hair is the giveaway, that and the shiny pastels. Apparently the performing duo was meant to resemble a plastic toy on a shelf somewhere, including the molded hair that doubles as a *hook* for hanging on a display.
But then again, I could be wrong, and I do apologize in advance for suggesting that the Japanese people even *have* anything as infantile as The Teletubbies.
Because, liking cuteness is one thing, but....Tinky-Winky?
