I tried to get the other video down without any luck, so after a uber-geek friend suggesting different techniques and it still not working - he did it himself somehow.

Only problem he pointed out is:
The only caveat is that rapidshare will only allow 10 downloads total. After that the link will be blocked. You can have more than 10 if you create an account, I didn't bother to do that as I didn't know you needed to distribute that file on a message board.
Give the link up and when the 10 downloads are used, re-uplaod the file and put it into a rapidshare account.
Oh apparenrly when you sell lot of Records like Ayumi does, you can make pretty racy videos...
