Though I hate to be a spoil sport, I'm fairly confident that isn't actually a color photo but a retouched/colorized B&W photo. There are little signs you can spot if you've seen enough examples (in this case, things like how you can't see even a hint of flesh tone showing through her stockings, it instead appearing that the skin under her stockings must be pure white).
But still, interesting to see her even in simulated color.
i have never ever seen betty page in color until i happened upon this image.
