some models just look like mannequins, or living dolls without much makeup or photoshop work needed...

I dunno...she's definately wearing makeup there, and there's almost *always* Photoshop work done on any fashion photograph like this nowadays to clear off any possible blemishes (as a graphic artist myself, I'd be highly surprised if this hadn't gone through Photoshop to *some* degree).
