What a stupid video! But it does underscore that most women can't walk in them and those that do are in a fair amount of pain. It takes a lot of training to adapt and gracefully walk in heels. Look at the training a ballerina goes through! And they are the only women who can walk in ballet heels and not look like a complete clutz.
