latex is getting popular - chinese designers have a new color palette

i just received from one i use from ebay. no idea if its as good as Radical Rubber or if needs washing loads of time. 

planning on a pair of high waisted AA Disco like jeans and get this - f-it - new daytime wear when out, though possibly not the office.

not so much the style but the color

months ago i spotted a student in the bank - perhaps even a fashion one. she was wearing a black shaggy long fur short jacket but what caught my eye and made me look twice was her leggings.

Wow - it was like she was a fashion mannequin that escaped the window display. from her waist down her legs and bottom were a perfect tan plastic with catch light refections from the overhead strip lights making her look even more glossy and artificial.

now i've been searching for same pvc legging forever, - not a lot of luck but then i tripped upon these on Aliexpress

so needless to say i ordered them and told a fellow Doll Goddess priestess Tabitha who also ordered them...

they must of used teeny models

i bought one of these off amazon and had a custom deep purple glossy sleeve made. love it but its no where near the size illustrated. model must be 4 foot nothing.

get one here or on amazon 

or if you can't get enough carbs - monster sized food ones are a thing. even sushi, prawns etc.

 

my crowd sourced weight anxiety blanket arrived - wow is it heavy. i feel i need to get it a case/sleeve in latex as well. perhaps black which will contrast nicely. the existing latex duvet cover must be decomposing in storage (still to much locked up after forced move)

given my current attire (trapped) in Second Life, I am also looking around for human mummy shaped one and bet there's a japanese anime fetish for it. so far its just printed anime characters on long tubes.

his did msg the maker, tell them about the blog and suggested a few ideas. he just gave an ex performance artist gf a pair of doll tights so....  

 he pitched the idea of same, but with mannequin joints, and another japanese doll joints in a much closer to white tone.

they seem to do a lot of performer costumes and some cosplay. so ripe to cater to our readers. 

they don't seem to sell the mask though. one could call that top couture and get the right high fashion skirt to go with it. office event?

might need to be on the list with my ASFR callings.

while the more performer in club or mall is also provided for. cyber chess piece? weirdly the chrome mannequin is more interesting. that full face mask is very interesting - sort of like the drones in SL but chrome.

ps; just found this other one and posting as i recognise it but don't have it to hand. guess how old the photo is.... i'll post after a few comments and bad guesses. hint - the complexity of the latex. i think it was the seed of the DeMask catalog that has the same feel.

i spotted this and its not too bad so went for it along with a rubber wig. won't know till its here to be honest.

 ideally if this was a real profession like the Rubber Sisters, Pandamania etc, one could budget and claim it all back. i'd think i'd get a cast made of my face, then a 'dollified' version mask that could be worn. still its an idea and expensive.

now if budget isn't an issue, the silicon ones are getting insanely detailed. no idea what they're like. anyone? i bet they're heavy. great for a shoot tho.

what they really need to complete the look is the re-engineered Acquo tall soft rubber boots. now theirs a sale on of 2nds and the new generation is made that are much glossier. the first run are good, not a flat as normal rubber boots, but not wet latex or super gloss black pvc look.

more locally Sigerson and Morrison had knee high variants in jelly bean colors and black of course. i had two pair so far - and wore them to the point they fell apart.

i heard from my uk contributor who did a space girl shoot - biggest problem was it steaming up. apparently the motor cyclists have it solved tho.

so the only people to survive is the hard core rubberists and the techno ravers?
