You are right Systemdown! ^_^ The left cosplayer, Shin', is playing Motoko Aramaki (in Japanese: 荒巻素子) from the manga "Ghost in the Shell 2: Man-Machine Interface (in Japanese: 攻殻機動隊2 MANMACHINE INTERFACE).
The visor was MADE by the cosplayer on the right, OMI 化郎 GIBSON. OMI is playing Gokico (in Japanese: ゴキ子), from an original character design by JUNNY (http://junny.sakura.ne.jp/) It appears that OMI does understand a little English, so you can get in touch with her from her two Facebook accounts (http://www.facebook.com/pages/OMI-化郎-GIBSON/113851781960445 or http://ja-jp.facebook.com/omi.gibson), or simply by email (minoru8013@yahoo.co.jp). If you do write in English, be simple and clear about it! ^^

By using static electricity, you never have to worry about replacing the filters, as most electrostatic air cleaners use collection plates to capture pollutants and can be cleaned easily. The typical resolving power of a microscope is about the size of one wave-length With up to 400X zoom, this microscope video camera will capture every detail. Products > Microscope Objectives - Lenses. The lower lens (nearest to the object) is called the objective; the upper lens (nearest to the eye of the observer), the eyepiece.

The goggles on the left look like something out of ghost in the shell.
