they're currently listed on ebay here and has a variety of more images in the listings.sadly the wrong size and of course now a heel way too low for me. if i can remember that far back i may have even been sleeping in them only to have TSG re-awaken my boot fetish in last couple of years.

you could always try to find a pair and have a boot maker do a new heel for you. Or find someone to make a pair for you. Custom is always so nice . . ..
