I wonder if their material is halfway decent ... had a nice-looking suit some years ago, while wearing it the first time, it lost its color everywhere it got touched (or touched with) after a couple of times ... utter crap ...
so far ok and i know your fears as well. not sure how well they wash and best way.

I figured I'd mention it - I was in London yesterday and there was a about a 1/2 dozen women (mainly oriental) wearing black glossy leggings. Mind you it was also directional overcast and we all know Black Cars look better in the shade. Could also be my mind is keyed to black and glossy :-)
