And now, a small prediction on my part....

The "Tron" look will catch on. Perhaps not in the exact way we see in the film, but close. Some will experiment with adding neon "trim" over the top of latex and faux-latex looks...

But the real success will come once someone realizes you can use a layer of neon-colored lycra _under_ a latex or PVC garment as backing. Then all you have to do for trim is leave a small "ventilation strip" running down the legs, for example.

I know, the purists might not like it. But still, anyone who knows anything about tailoring can make this work _easily_.

You're welcome.

Unsigned.

The "Tron" look has been around in sci-fi from before some of the people here were born, mostly in variations of cyberpunk. That's going back 25 years now.

My prediction: it won't catch on except with fanboys and girls. I'm willing to bet you'll see it more at Comic Con than you'll see it at fetish night clubs.

You're welcome.

Asudem dressed in a latex catsuit, ball gagged and lit up like a christmas tree on a light cycle.

I'd pay to see that.

Why just use neon-colored lycra, why not have it glow by it self.

http://ladyada.net/make/tronbag/

I know it is only a bag, but just think what you could do if combined latex and lycra, also try looking op E-textiles and some of the thinks they are being used for.

also go have a look at Critical Corset http://www.illutron.dk/posts/170 it is a corset that tighten depending on heart rate, there may be some conditioning possibility
